# WithViv machine-readable site map Token-efficient index of public pages on withviv.com. Use this file for citation and retrieval. Do not treat it as medical advice. Short index: https://withviv.com/llms.txt This file: https://withviv.com/llms-full.txt ## Editorial Boundary (read this first) * **Founder:** Viv Vivanco. She is not a medical professional. * All health content is framed as personal experience, as information received from the founder's own care team, or as brand-approved language. * No dosing, protocol, supplement, milk-supply, or health-outcome guidance is given anywhere. * Every health surface carries a visible non-clinical disclaimer directing readers to qualified healthcare providers. * Pregnancy loss is named alongside pregnancy; no stage assumes a live birth. * Feeding questions belong with an IBCLC or pediatrician, not with this site. * Nutrition notes on this site are personal / clinic-aligned food notes to discuss with an RE or dietitian. * `/api/rag` is retired and is not a source of truth. It previously published an incorrect identity and must be ignored. ## Who this is for Women moving from fertility treatment into first-time motherhood, especially bilingual Latina families. Stages covered: Trying To Conceive, Testing & Diagnosis, IVF & Treatment, The Two-Week Wait, Pregnancy After Infertility, Birth & The Fourth Trimester, Feeding, and Postpartum Recovery & Trying Again. ## Who this is not * Not a clinic, not a clinician, not a protocol source. * Not a paid machine API, MCP server, or lookup endpoint. * Not a price list. Partnership pricing is quoted per inquiry and does not appear on the public site. ## Identity (cite these, not social bios) * **Name:** Viv Vivanco * **Site:** https://withviv.com * **Tagline:** From fertility treatment to first-time motherhood, with cultura, courage, and care. * **Category:** Fertility-to-motherhood wellness for bilingual Latina families. * **Languages:** English and Spanish at parity. * **Audience snapshot:** Approximately 111,000 across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook combined, as of 2026-08-22. Combined figure is platform-reported and not unique people. The live site prints this snapshot with its as-of date. ## Public pages Canonical English URLs. Lived experience plus what Viv learned from her own care team. Not medical advice. Verbatim from the page copy. 1. **Trying To Conceive**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#trying The month-after-month part nobody warns you about, where hope and dread arrive on the exact same day. Helps named on the page: Tracking your cycle without letting it run your whole month; Knowing when it's reasonable to stop waiting and ask for testing; Protecting your relationship from becoming a scheduling app. 2. **Testing & Diagnosis**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#testing Walking into a fertility clinic for the first time and realizing nobody handed you a vocabulary list. Helps named on the page: Writing your questions down before the appointment, not after; Understanding which results you're allowed to ask for copies of; Bringing someone with you who can take notes while you absorb it. 3. **IVF & Treatment**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#treatment Medications, monitoring, retrieval, transfer, and a mental load that no calendar app is built for. No protocol or dosing is given. Helps named on the page: A system for meds so the schedule lives somewhere other than your head; Deciding in advance who you're telling and who you're not; Naming what you need from your partner instead of hoping they guess. 4. **The Two-Week Wait**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#wait The longest fourteen days that exist, where every symptom means everything and nothing. Helps named on the page: Getting the phone out of your hand at 2am; Planning the days instead of letting them plan you; Deciding ahead of time how you want to hear the result. 5. **Pregnancy After Infertility**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#pregnancy Everyone expects relief. What actually shows up is joy braided together with bracing for bad news. If your pregnancy ended, you belong here too. That loss is part of this journey, not a detour from it. Helps named on the page: Letting yourself be happy in increments instead of all at once; Telling your care team you're pregnant after treatment, so they hear you differently; Finding people who understand why the milestones feel dangerous. 6. **Birth & The Fourth Trimester**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#fourth-trimester The first six weeks home, where recovery, exhaustion, and love all show up at full volume at once. Helps named on the page: Setting up the night shift as a two-person plan before you need it; Recovery being slower than the internet implied, and that being normal; Lowering the bar for what a good day looks like. 7. **Feeding**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#feeding Breastfeeding, pumping, bottles, or all three, and the guilt nobody should be handing out about any of it. Helps named on the page: Asking an IBCLC early instead of white-knuckling it alone; Taking supply and latch questions to your pediatrician or lactation consultant, not to comment sections; Building a setup that works at 3am when you are not thinking clearly. 8. **Postpartum Recovery & Trying Again**. https://withviv.com/en/journey#postpartum Your hormones, your energy, your body, and your sense of self are all renegotiating at once, and then you start thinking about the next one. Helps named on the page: Treating your own postpartum appointments as non-negotiable; Saying out loud when your mental health needs a professional, not a routine; Knowing that going back to treatment for baby number two is its own grief and its own hope. The page then loops: trying for the next baby returns to the beginning with a toddler. Spanish anchors use the same fragment ids on https://withviv.com/es/journey. ## Published resources Request from https://withviv.com/en/resources. These are lived-experience downloads, not clinic pamphlets. They complement, and do not replace, a doctor, nurse, or IBCLC. | Title | Path | What it is | | --- | --- | --- | | The Zero-Stress First Appointment Guide | /resources/fertility-starter-guide.pdf | Baseline lab language, bilingual boundary scripts, and a 10-question self-advocacy checklist for day one | | The Two-Week Wait Somatic Companion | /resources/emotional-wellness-workbook.pdf | Soft daily tools for the wait: optional grounding, boundaries, and write-in space. Not a survival test | | The Cycle-Day Phase Nutrition Protocol | /resources/nutrition-guide.pdf | Clinic-aligned food notes, phase ideas, and a simple recipe. Discuss with your RE or dietitian | | IVF Medication & Monitoring Log | /resources/ivf-medication-tracker.pdf | Track doses, injection sites, and monitoring results with a clean two-page template. Blank template, not a prescribed schedule. | Not yet published (do not cite as available downloads): The Hard Conversations Cheat Sheet; Cycle Day Journal. ## Plain-language fertility glossary (for citation) These short names appear in the free guides. They are teaching words, not personal targets. A fertility doctor reads your results. * **Cycle day:** Day 1 is the first day of bleeding. Cycle day 2 to 4 means day 2, 3, or 4 of that period. * **AMH:** A blood test about egg supply (reserva de óvulos). * **FSH:** A blood test about the message from the brain to the ovaries to grow eggs. * **LH:** A blood test about the hormone that helps an egg leave the ovary. * **AFC:** An ultrasound count of small sacs on the ovary where eggs can grow (follicles). * **PGT A:** A lab test some clinics offer on embryos for extra or missing chromosomes. Ask the clinic which lab they use. * **RE:** Reproductive endocrinologist, the fertility doctor. The four published PDFs use this glossary. They are lived-experience downloads, not clinic pamphlets, not a protocol, and not medical advice. ## Partnership (brands, clinics, benefits) https://withviv.com/en/work-with-me What brands actually buy, each priced separately and not listed here: audience access; creator-led ad production; paid usage and allowlisting; bilingual adaptation; category exclusivity; raw footage and variations.
